Code of Conduct - Company Vaccine Policy

1. Introduction: At QuanSpire, the health, and well-being of our employees and the community is of utmost importance. This vaccine policy outlines our approach to COVID-19 vaccination and our commitment to ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.

2. Voluntary Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccination is strongly encouraged for all employees, but it is voluntary. We respect individual choices and privacy regarding vaccination decisions.

3. Education and Awareness: We will provide employees with accurate and up-to-date information on COVID-19 vaccines, their benefits, and potential risks. This will enable them to make informed decisions about vaccination.

4. Workplace Safety Measures: Regardless of vaccination status, we will continue to implement safety measures such as regular sanitization, social distancing, and mask-wearing in accordance with public health guidelines.

5. Vaccination Support: We will support employees who choose to get vaccinated by offering flexible scheduling for vaccine appointments and recovery time, if needed.

6. Vaccine Incentives: As part of our commitment to employee health, we may offer incentives to encourage vaccination, such as paid time off for getting vaccinated.

7. Accommodations for Medical Conditions or Religious Beliefs: We will consider reasonable accommodations for employees with medical conditions or religious beliefs that prevent them from getting vaccinated. Such accommodations will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Reporting Vaccination Status: Employees will be encouraged to voluntarily disclose their vaccination status. This information will be kept confidential and will only be used for internal safety planning.
9. Continual Monitoring: We will continually monitor and adapt our vaccine policy based on updates from health authorities and prevailing COVID-19 conditions.

10. Lead by Example: Leadership at QuanSpire will actively demonstrate their commitment to the vaccine policy by following all recommended health and safety measures and getting vaccinated themselves.

11. Compliance: Employees are expected to comply with this policy and cooperate in the interest of maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for everyone.

This policy reflects our dedication to prioritizing the health and safety of our employees and the community. By working together and respecting individual choices, we can create a safer and more secure workplace environment during the ongoing pandemic.
