Cancellation:
Courses: You may cancel your enrollment within 2 days of registration. After 2 days, cancellations are not accepted.Consulting Services: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the service date.
Refunds: Courses: Refunds will be provided only if the cancellation is within the stipulated timeframe. A processing fee of 10% will be deducted.
Consulting Services: Cancellations made within the accepted timeframe are eligible for a refund after a 10% processing fee.
Non-Refundable Items: Digital resources, downloadable materials, and completed consultations are non-refundable. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days via the original payment method.
